We put together a package for distribution, negotiate with the lenders and present the proposals at no cost to you, the borrower. There is NO OBLIGATION to accept any proposal, and fees are only due if a borrower chooses to accept the benefits we have achieved.

Frequently, we work with the goal of eliminating or reducing personal guarantees – this is often achieved by utilizing our national data, closing over half-a-billion-dollars of medical real estate annually, and experience with national banking partners and leaders in the medical field.
