We are repeatedly asked by physicians and executives of medical practices, “Why should we hire CMAC when we can go out and secure real estate financing on our own?” We understand this is a good question that deserves a good answer.

A medical executive may secure multi-million- dollar financing a few times over the course oftheir career, but CMAC negotiates with both local and regional lenders on a daily basis andcloses over $250,000,000 in medical real estate annually. About half of our clients stay withtheir incumbent lenders, but at improved rates and terms. In fact, our process has proven toyield rates that are, on average, 0.71% lower than they would be without our help.

CMAC works on a contingency basis. We run numbers to determine whether or not we believewe can make a substantial difference.
