As the group began to expand its operations and physician team, ROC needed to expand its facilities. The financing for the project was complicated due to the initial plans to build separate buildings in two stages. The group engaged CMAC to fully vet the market and use our leverage and expertise to get the best deal possible. The new building was built with no cash out of pocket from the physicians, low limited personal guarantees, and a 7-year low fixed rate. Shortly after closing, the group began to construct its new 83,000 square foot MOB and ASC.
