Our hotline has remained open and we have been fielding a number of questions in connection with the provisions and process of the SBA loans under the CARES Act. In an effort to achieve maximum benefit for all independent physician groups, CMAC Partners is acting as an intermediary between experts. We have consolidated the inquiries received and are sharing the questions and answers as they become available. 

Instead of relying upon a single source, CMAC has teamed with the Congress of Physician-Owned Medical Properties (CPOMP) and its strategic partners who are best equipped to provide the answers. We are in collaboration with those strategic partners to provide answers as soon as possible. These companies may include Alliantgroup, Somerset CPAs, Eide Bailly, Hall Render, Foley & Lardner, and others. The point person for each company and his or her contact information will be provided with the responses.
