2016 – IUI hired CMAC to assist in a refinance of its existing building. The loan closed with no personal guarantees and cash out to assist in renovations and buyouts. CMAC and the practice experienced some challenges along the way with the closing lender, who seemed to struggle banking an independent specialty group.

2019 – After checking in with IUI periodically, it became clear the group was unhappy with its lender. CMAC offered to help for no fee, vetting the market to ultimately secure improved savings and enhanced cash flows following a switch of lenders. In the process, CMAC also assisted in structuring the buy-in for an incoming physician.
