2015 - On three different occasions, CMAC arranged or improved financing for this practice’s main office in Charleston. Fifteen years ago, CMAC introduced an out-of-town bank to this prestigious group of doctors who were awarded the lowest cost of financing offered by that bank in its history. Even better, the relationship between practice and bank became so strong that they are still partners today. Twice we have modified this debt to improve cash flow, extend the term, and lower the personal guarantees. The lowest available pricing is terrific, but finding an excellent banking partner is priceless.
