This western ophthalmology group engaged CMAC to assist insourcing financing for a new MOB/ASC construction that would alleviate the need for additional space to support its growing practice.

Despite the turbulent market, CMAC tenaciously worked to market the deal to lenders, pivoting and re-strategizing until the group secured a superior structure. Ultimately, the practice was able to achieve 100% financing, consisting of the primary construction-to-permanent facility at 85% loan-to-value and a supplemental practice loan to close the remaining equity gap.
