As practices grow in partners and expand in locations, the financing can often get fragmented. This group’s success and steady growth led to six loans with three different banks on five properties with different ownership groups. They wanted to simplify and create a structure for new doctors to buy in, to equalize ownership in the real estate. Negative swap values and low appraisals presented challenges along the way.
