OSS Health

Project Details

Financing Type:
Buy-ins & Buyouts | Improved Loan Terms
Amount:
$ 92,000,000
State:
Pennsylvania
As a CMAC client, OSS Health received continuous monitoring of the loans they had previously closed. This led the group to realize their swaps were in the money. Since they were experiencing cash flow issues due to $10MM of buyouts owed to retiring doctors, they decided to refinance and leverage up to mitigate those challenges. Though the practice at first wished to focus solely on their incumbent bank, who offered attractive terms, they agreed to have CMAC send an RFP to see what other options were available. Ultimately, banking issues with their incumbent led them to move forward with another great proposal received in the RFP process. This bank did not require the group to change depository business, which was a defining factor in the proposal.
