The physician-owners of this hospital building enjoyed an excellent relationship with their lender, yet in a declining interest rate environment, knew they no longer had the bank’s best pricing. CMAC was able to work with their banker to modify the existing loans and interest rate swaps to bring the rate in line with the improving market.
